Glyn has in excess of 30 year’s experience within the engineering industry. Starting out as an apprentice in the Ministry of defence in Cardiff in 1976. Holding senior positions within the building supply and engineering sectors. He has gained a highly commendable reputation in the manufacturing and supply of steel products to both the end user and a variety of distributors.

Emma is a fully qualified chef, but fancied a change so she joined GWH, starting out as a labourer, moving through all the different roles within the business working her way up to MD. Emma has a vast wealth of knowledge with her customers being her main focus delivering on service.

Karen started out in the police force in 1977, marrying Glyn in 1983, after having children Karen became a contractor escort manager at Rampton High Security Hospital. Karen joined Glyn in their venture of GWH Steel Fabrications as HR & Finance director.

James has welding in his blood working his way up from the bottom to running the work in the factory. Ensuring all customer orders are made to the drawings and delivered on time.
